泰得欣(头孢他啶)治疗80例常见细菌性感染的疗效观察

Clinic observation of efficacy of ceftazidime for injection on treatment of 80 patients with bacterial infected diseases.

目的 进一步了解泰得欣 (头孢他啶 )临床疗效和安全性 ,为临床用药提供依据。 方法 采取对照比较试验法 ,对 80例细菌性感染的患者应用泰得欣进行治疗 ,观察临床疗效和不良反应。 结果 泰得欣治疗细菌性呼吸道感染、皮肤及软组织感染、中枢神经系统感染等的临床总痊愈率 86.2 % ,总有效率 96.1% ,且不良反应少 ,仅为3 7%。 结论 泰得欣临床疗效肯定 ,安全性高 。

Objective To observe and evaluate the clinic efficacy and safety of ceftazidime for injection on treatment of 80 patients with bacterial infected diseases. Methods We observation the clinical effect and ADR after the application of Ceftazidime with 80 bacterial infected patients. Results The clinic investigation indicated that Tazime gained satisfied clinic efficacy in the treatment of bacterial respiratory tract infection, skin and parenchyma infection and central nerves system infection. The clinic overall cure rate of Tazime is 86.2%, and the overall efficacious rate is 96.1%. Besides, the happening rate of adverse drug reaction of Tazime is only 3.7%, which is very low. Conclusion Tazime is an effective and safe antibiotic for clinical application.
