联机血液透析治疗难治性心衰并急性肾衰的临床研究

Clinical study on on-line hemodiafiltration in patients with refractory heart failure and complicated with acute renal failure.

目的 评价联机血液透析滤过 (HDF)治疗难治性心衰并急性肾衰的疗效及安全性。 方法 对 11例难治性心衰并急性肾衰患者行后稀释联机HDF治疗 ,观察治疗前后的临床变化及不良反应。 结果 11例患者共行联机HDF治疗 3 2次 ,治疗后 11例患者临床症状明显改善 ,血清BUN、Cr、Na+ 、K+ 、Cl-水平前后比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。无 1例发生低血压等不良反应。

Objective To evaluate the clinlcal effection and safety of on-line bemodiafiltration(HDF)in the refractory heart failure(RHF)with acute renal failure(ARF). Methods 11 patients of RHF with ARF were treated by postdilutional(POD) on-line HDF, and the changes of clinical symptom and therapy related adverse reactions were observed. Results Thirty-two treatments of POD on-line HDF were performed on 11 patients of RHF with ARF,after the treatment the clinical symptoms significantly improved, the mean atery pressure(MAP)?heart rate(HR)?blood urea nitrogen(BUN)?creatinine(CR)and serum electrolytes(Na +?K +?Cl -)were different significantly (P<0.05).No one patient took place the adverse reactions such as hypotension. Conclusion POD on-line HDF treat the RHF with ARF is safe and effective.
