摘要
内筛分双转子破碎机采用内转子高速抛撒,外转子高速相向反击,使物料被不断地抛撒打击,并与后续不断进入的物料相撞,发生高速碰撞,物料在强烈的冲击、剪切等过程中,被破碎成粉料。合格细料经内置筛筛分排出,粗料则继续进行冲撞破碎。该设备结构简单,重量轻,成本低,效率高,出料粒度可控,增产节能效果显著,具有一定的推广应用价值。
Inner sieving double rotor crusher makes inner sieving a high speed spill, outer rotor strikes back in the same direction in a high speed. During lashing, shearing, extending, massive material will be smashed into powder. Powder material and qualified fine material flow through inner sieving. Rough material leaves to be crushed continuously. The crusher structure is simple, light , low cost and efficient it woued improve productivity, reduce power consumption, so, it is worth developing.
