高效液相色谱法测定鼻窦炎口服液中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of the Content of Baicalin in Bidouyan Oral Liquid by RP-HPLC

目的:探讨鼻窦炎口服液中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC法),固定相为ShimpackCLC-ODS色谱柱(5μm,6.0mm×150mm),流动相是甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2),检测波长为278nm。结果:黄芩苷的线性范围为0.157～1.101μg(r=0.9999),加样回收率为98.59%,RSD为1.46%(n=9)。结论:RP-HPLC法简便、快速、准确,可作为控制鼻窦炎口服液质量的方法。

ObjectiveTo establish a method for determination of the content of baicalin in Bidouyan oral liquid.MethodsThe RP-HPLC method was employed taking Shimpack CLC-ODS column(5 μm,6.0 mm×150 mm)as fixed phase and methanol-water-phosphoric acid(47 ∶53 ∶0.2)as mobile phase.Detection wavelength was at 278 nm.ResultsThe detection ranges were 0.157～1.101 μg. The average re-covery rate of baicalin was 98.59%(RSD=1.46%,n=9).ConclusionThis method is convenient, rapid, accurate and could be used for quality control in the production of Bidouyan oral liquid.
