摘要
目的调查SARS患者与普通肺炎患者心肌酶谱的差别.方法采用全自动生化分析仪检测SARS患者和普通肺炎患者血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)和羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)的活力.结果SARS患者血清HBDH、LDH活力显著高于普通肺炎患者(P＜0.01),AST含量也显著高于普通肺炎患者(P＜0.05);而CK和CK-MB的活力高于普通肺炎患者,但二者差别无显著意义(P＞0.05).结论SARS患者血清心肌酶活力高于普通肺炎患者.
Objective To investigate the differences of myocardial enzyme spectrum between SARS patients and general pneumonia patients.Methods The activity of AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB、α- HBDH in the serum were detected by the method IFCC recommended.Results The serum levels of LDH、α-HBDH in SARS patients were markedly higher than that of general pneumonia patients(P< 0.01),the levels of AST in the serum of SARS patients were also markedly higher than that of general pneumonia patients(P<0.05),The levels of CK,CK-MB in the serum of SARS patients were higher than that in general pneumonia patients,but the differences weren't signifieant(P>0.05).Conclusion The activity myocardial enzyme in serum of SARS patients are higher than that of general pneumonia patients.
