摘要
利用GC/MS联用技术对柠檬油的化学成分进行分离分析,共鉴定出56种化学成分,占93.7%,主要成分为烯、蒎烯、1-甲基-4-(1-甲基乙基)-1,4-环己二烯、1-甲基-4-(5-甲基-1-亚甲基-4-己烯基)-环己烯、柠檬醛、β-月桂烯、水芹烯、松油醇、莰烯、石竹烯、蒈烯、斯巴醇、丁香酚、辛醛、壬醛、香茅醛、橙花醇和其乙酸酯类等,分析结果为产品开发、调香等提供指导。
Chemical Constituents of Lemon oil were analyzed by GC/MS, and their relative contents determined by area normalization, 56 constituents were identified, which accounted for 93.70% of the Lemon oil. Limonene, Pinene, 1,4-Cyclohexadiene,1-methyl-4-(1-methylethyl)-etc are the major chemical constituents in the Lemon oil.
