The successive evolution and the leaping development of social pattern are the two basic forms of social development. However, only after there is the history of the world, does the leaping development of society become a more and more common phenomenon. Meanwhile,'center-planet'form of capitalist system is taking shape. With which as background, practical socialism is bound to exist initially as an ideal mode of development before it becomes superior to capitalistic social pattern.
