人的思想品德形成发展的机制与规律,表现为人在一定的客观外界条件下的意义性活动中,通过文化经验的积累和文化心理的培养,确立起价值观念并影响其思想认识。同时以基本需要和可能性条件为基础,形成现实需要和行为动机,借助既成思想意识的监控和反思作用,使行为的产生过程和行为结果影响于自己的思想品德,使其不断地得到修正和充实,逐步形成相对稳定的结构体系。

Mechanism and regular patterns of the forming and development of man's morality are shown in the process of the establishment of values which influence one's thinking, the accumulation of cultural experience and the development of cultural psychology in the mental activity performed in certain objective world. At the same time, based on the basic demands and possible conditions, the mechanism and regular patterns form realistic demands and behavior motives to influence one's own morality by means of the monitoring and introspecting effects of existing thought. In this way, one's morality keeps being revised and enriched and gradually forms the relatively stable structure system.
