“马加爵案件”视野中的大学生“个人自治”——读布鲁贝克《高等教育哲学》有感

运用布鲁贝克的“个人自治”观剖析马加爵的成长历程,可以看出,其犯罪的本质原因在于他个人丧失自治,没有定好自己的位、做好自己的事、走好自己的路、管好自己的人。个人加强自治是防范“马加爵案件”的根本手段。全人教育是“个人自治”的前提,大学的道德引导作用是“个人自治”的保证,人文精神的培养是“个人自治”的关键。

Acquiring the essence of Brubacher's self-controlling opinion to probe into Ma Jiajue's life orbit, we can say his original crime motives lie in the fact that he has bereaved his self-control and life-orientation, he also fails to accomplish his study and administer himself. So reinforcing self-control is the fundamental measure to prevent 'Ma Jiajue Case'. The whole developmental education is the premise of self-control, the leading role of university in morality is the guarantee of self-control and the culture of humanism is the key of self-control.
