降脂汤治疗高脂血症92例

Treat Hyperlipemia with Jiangzhi Decoction

目的 : 探讨自拟降脂汤对高脂血证的治疗作用。方法 :选择高脂血证 92例随机分成两组 ,治疗组 52例用降脂汤 ,对照组 40例用吉非罗齐胶囊 ,均连续服药两个疗程后 ,观察治疗前后TC、TG、HDL C ,全血比粘度高切、全血比粘度低切、血浆比粘度、红细胞压积和血沉等变化情况。结果 :治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组 ,血脂及血液流变学指标变化也明显优于对照组(P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5)。结论

Objective:Study the treatment of self made Jiangzhi decoction to hyperlipemia.Method:Choose 92 cases of hyperlipemia,and divide them at random into 2 groups:52 cases of treatment group applied with Jiangzhi decoction,control group(40 cases)with Jifeiluoqi capsule,after 2 courses of treatment,observe the changes of the indexes of the 2 groups before and after treatment,i.e.TC,TG,HDL C,BVH,BVL,packed cell volume,and blood sedimentation. Result:The total effective rate of treatment group was markedly higher than that of control group,as well as the changes of blood lipid and rheology (P<0 01or P<0 05).Conclusion:Self made Jiangzhi deeoction had better therapeutic effect on hyperlipemia.
