摘要
校长培训工作 ,要坚持以人为本。要站在时代的高度 ,紧密联系我国教育改革的实际 ,不断调整培训目标 ,促进校长个性的全面发展。要对准我国教育发展过程中的难点 ,抓住校长知识与能力的弱点 ,不断优化培训课程 ,改进课堂教学模式。要针对校长自身的特点 ,探索校长培训的规律。要让校长积极参与培训的全过程 ,尊重校长的主体地位 ,建立新型的教学关系 ,激发校长高层次需要 ,不断提高培训实效。
Headmaster training must be people-oriented. Trainers should keep a close watch over the educational reform in China and constantly adjust the training objectives in line with the reform in order to develop the all-round qualities of the trainees. Focus must be made on the problems in the country's educational development,and weak points in the trainee's knowledge and ability;training courses must be optimized,and classroom teaching method improved. The headmasters must be actively involved in the process of training;and a new trainer-trainee relationship must be established. In a word,the efficiency of the training must be improved.
