摘要
激励的方法和度是影响员工激励效果的两个重要因素。组织要对其员工成功地实施激励,必须有效运用激励方法,做到激励方法的差别化和多样化;必须把握好激励的度,避免激励不足和激励过度。
Stimulating methods and degrees are two important factors that affect staff's working effects. In order to carry out stimulation effectively, organizations should not only apply various methods, but also have a good exercise of the stimulating degrees so as to avoid over-stimulation or under-stimulation.
