摘要
在房地产开发企业中引入顾客满意战略,将使顾客在理念、行为、视听、产品、服务等五个方面感到满意,并对开发商成功售楼发挥积极的作用。房地产企业应从房地产市场调研、规划设计、工程施工、售后服务、物业管理等经营管理活动的各个环节入手,成功引入顾客满意战略。
When the customer satisfaction is used in real estate enterprise, the enterprise will satisty their customer in five aspects, such as concept satisfaction, behavior satisfaction, visual satisfaction, product satisfaction and service satisfaction, etc.It can also benefit selling buildings. If the real estate enterprise wants to make achievements in CS, it should do better in the followings:research into the real estate market, real estate planning and designing, building, service, real estate management, etc.
