摘要
目的 研究红毛五加多糖的分离精制工艺。方法 用 Sevage法脱蛋白 ;用透析法除去小分子物质 ;用苯酚 -硫酸法测定红毛五加多糖含量。结果 红毛五加粗品多糖经分离精制后其多糖含量为 80 .6 %。结论 本法效率较高 ,可用于红毛五加多糖分离精制。
Objective To study techniques of separation and refinement of polysaccharide of giald acanthopanax Method Protein was removed by using Sevage method;Little molecular substance was removed by using dialysis;The content of Acanthopanax giraldii Harms Polysaccharrides was determined by C 6H 60-H 2SO 4 method.Result The content of polysaccharide was 80.6% after the raw product of girald acanthopanax was separated and refined. Conclusion This method is effective and is applicable to the separation and refinement of girald acanthopanax
