摘要
目的 :评价有效抚触对新生儿体重的影响。方法 :随机将 6 0例正常足月且评分在 8分以上的新生儿分成两组 ,实验组通过指导母亲抚触达到有效要求 ,对照组采用常规护理。结果 :实验组新生儿体重与对照组差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :有效抚触可明显增加新生儿体重。
Objective:To evaluate effect on newborn body weight by effective touch and massage.Method:60 cases who had more than 8 Apgar gade,had been randomly divided into experiment group and control group.In experiment group, mothers had been inducted to provide effective touch and massage on babi^es.Result:Newborn body weights show significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Induction about effective touch and massage show effect on newborn body weight.
