摘要
本实验用YAG激光微束照射家免皮管透明窗内微循环的单根血管,继血管损伤诱发了血栓和出血后,用图像分析仪、血流测速仪、显微录相等方法对血管损伤和修复的全过程进行了测定和记录,并用显微缩时电影观察了毛细血管的生长方式。
In the transparent chamber of rabbit akin tube a single blood vessel had been irradiated by YAG laser. After that thrombosis and hemorrhage could be observed. All the process of the impairing and repairing had been recorded by videocorder, hemodromograph and vidensitometer. The growth conditions of capillaries had been observed and recorded by microscopic cinematography. The result showed that in the normal condition the blood vessel which had been impaired by YAG laser could be reconstructed, it was about 20 days.
