《行政复议法》已经实施四年多了,其存在的问题和不足也日益显现出来,本文从八个方面对 这些问题和不足进行了具体分析,以便加深对《行政复议法》的理解和认识,在此基础上还提出了一些积极的 立法建议。

It has been several years since the Administrative Review Law was put into practice, and the weak-points and problems of it are emerging increasingly.In order to have a better understanding of it , the paper put forward a detailed analysis on its week -points and problems from eight aspects as well as some positive suggestions on its legislation.
