Trade Organization: an Important Subject of Management of Vocational Education

This article indicates that the management of vocational education is caught in two dilemmas: Government and market; education ministry and ministries responsible for different trades. We can find resolution in integrating actual production and education that is far away from it. And it is crucial to find nexus that can balance education and trades interest and overcome disadvantages of sheer management by government or market. We think the trade organization is just a desirous one that can efficiently settle problems in management of vocation education.
