从上世纪到本世纪 ,教授待遇日益下降 ;随着教育与教学制度的发展与完善 ,在大学教育中 ,行政控制越来越中心化、教授权威越来越边缘化 ;教授地位下降与教授权威边缘化 ,必然导致教授群体分化 ;分化中凸现出的教授情结是中国高等教育的希望。
The professorial status has been gradually lowered in the past years;with the development of the educational and the pedagogical regulations,the administrative power has gradually taken the centre in the domain of university education,and the professorial authority has been gradually squeezed out into the margin;the lowering of the professorial status and the marginalizing of the professorial authority inevitably break the professorial class into various fragmentary sects.The professor complex demonstrated in such fragmentation is the lighthouse to the ihgher education of China
