政府宏观决策、学校办学条件、人才培养模式和教育教学评估 ,应是高等职业教育在构建特色保障体系时所应考虑的四大要素。当前高等职业教育要在自主办学、目标定位、培养模式、师资队伍、评估体系等方面下功夫 。

The higher vocational education should take into account factors such as government macroscopical decision-making ,school-condition ,the training pattern and teaching-evaluation when constructing the distinctive insurance system . The higher vocational education should make great efforts in self-running,management orientation, training pattern, faculty and evaluating system ,henceforth magnifying its unique charactersitics to a full extent.
