摘要
建立了采用高效液相色谱直接分析卷烟主流和侧流烟气中7种主要酚类成分的方法。该法采用1%醋酸萃取烟气总粒相物,萃取液经微孔滤膜过滤后直接进行HPLC分析,采用荧光检测器进行检测,大大提高了分析灵敏度,测定主流和侧流烟气的变异系数都在5%以下,回收率在99 8%~103 7%之间。
A high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method for simultaneously determining the major phenolic compounds, including hydroquinone, resorcinol, catechol, phenol, m+p-cresol and o-cresol, in mainstream and sidestream cigarette smoke was developed. Cigarette smoke was collected on Cambridge pads and then extracted with 1% acetic acid. The extract was filtrated with a 0.45μm filtration film and subjected to a reversed-phase gradient liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector. The mobile phase was 1% acetic acid (A) and a mixture of acetic acid, acetonitrile and water (B, 1∶30∶69). The variation coefficient of the method was below 5% and the recoveries of phenols were from 99.8% to 103.7%.
