摘要
研究了陈化过程中河南复烤片烟B2F和C3F物理性状、化学成分和吸味品质的变化。结果表明,随着陈化时间的增加,河南复烤片烟的静燃速率提高,单位重量叶丝的焦油产生量降低;醛酮类、酯类成分和酸性成分的含量呈增加趋势,而醇类成分和pH呈明显下降趋势,吸味品质提高。
The changes of the physical properties, chemical compositions and smoking quality of Henan redried strips, B2F and C3F, during aging were studied. The results showed that the static burning rate, carbonyls, esters, and acidic constituents in the strips increased and smoking quality improved, while the tar yield per gram of the strips decreased, pH values and alcoholic constituents obviously decreased with the duration of aging.
