复合板用聚氨酯硬泡的研制 被引量:16

摘要 以复配的组合多元醇、异氰酸酯、复合催化剂、发泡剂HCFC -14 1b与H2 O、泡沫稳定剂、阻燃剂等为原料 ,制备了用于建筑隔热板材的聚氨酯硬质泡沫。研究了发泡剂、催化剂、阻燃剂等对发泡工艺和性能的影响。结果表明 ,以胺、锡类催化剂组成复合催化剂可使发泡工艺及泡沫的物理性能达到使用要求 ;用水和HCFC -14 1b组成复合发泡剂可实现优势互补 ;DMMP(甲基膦酸二甲酸 )、TCEP(三氯乙基磷酸酯 )与氢氧化铝或三聚氰胺并用作为复配阻燃剂可降低阻燃剂的用量 ,且阻燃效果良好。 A rigid polyurethane foam for sandwich panel using as building materials was prepared from complex polyols, PAPI, compound catalyst, HCFC-141b, H 2 O, foam stabilizer ect. The effects of blowing agent, catalyst and flame retardant on process and properties of foam were studied. The results showed that the properties of foam and foaming craft reached the operating requirement with compound catalyst(amine and organ tin). Physical foaming agent(HCFC-141b) and chemical foaming agent (H 2 O) could be complementary each other. The consumption of the flame retardants could be cut down by adopting the compound of DMMP, TCEP and Al(OH) 3 or melamine,and the effect was good.
