摘要
①目的 探讨彩超腔内探头引导穿刺浅表性病变的准确性。②方法 利用腔内探头、引导器及引导线指导穿刺 36例 38个病灶 (观察组 ) ,以小器官探头监测徒手穿刺 4 7例 5 1个病灶作为对照组。③结果 观察组穿刺活检共取材 12 8针 ,穿刺准确率 10 0 % ;对照组共取材 15 2针 ,穿刺准确率 87.5 % ,两组穿刺准确率比较 ,差异有极显著性 (χ2 =16 .13,P <0 .0 1)。④结论 彩超腔内探头能够准确引导穿刺浅表性占位病变 ,在穿刺中不会损伤较大的血管 。
Objective To evaluate the accuracy of needle aspiration biopsy under intraluminal high-frequency (5.0- 7.5 MHz) probe guidance for superficial focus. Methods The procedure was applied to 128 biopsies, the results were compared with that 152 obtained without the probe guidance. Results The accuracy of biopsies with and without the guidance was 100%(128/128) and 87.5% (133/152), respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (χ 2=16.13,P<0.01).Conclusion Intralminal high-frequency probe can accurately locate the superficial focus. Major vessels are less likely to be damaged during the procedure.
