摘要
①目的 评价血管生长因子治疗皮肤难治性溃疡的效果和副作用。②方法 将 4 9例难治性皮肤溃疡病人随机分为两组 ,分别给予血管生长因子与常规保守方法治疗 4周 ,根据溃疡缩小、肉芽组织生长等情况 ,评价临床疗效。③结果 血管生长因子治疗组与常规保守治疗组之间疗效有显著性差异 (uc=3.32 6 ,P <0 .0 1)。两组均未出现副作用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and side effects of bFGF in treating refractory skin ulcer(RSU). Methods Forty-nine RSU patients were randomly divided into two groups: bFGF and conservative treatment groups. Four weeks later, the efficacy and side effects were evaluated based on the decrease in size of the ulcer and growth of granulation tissue. Results The results of the bFGF group differed significantly from those of the conservative group(u c=3.326, P<0.01). No side effect was found in either group. Conclusion bFGF is safe and effective in the treatment of refractory skin ulcer.
