PCB在颈椎间盘突出症前路减压融合术中的应用及近期疗效观察

摘要 ①目的 评价带钢板椎间融合器 (PCB)在颈椎间盘突出症前路减压融合术中的应用及其近期疗效。②方法  6例颈椎间盘突出症病人行前路减压后 ,选用相应规格的PCB材料置入减压椎间隙内 ,在非影像学监控下安全打入上下 2枚螺钉并于椎间融合器内行松质骨植骨。③结果 本组病例均无手术并发症 ,术后X线片显示PCB内置物位置、颈椎间盘高度及颈椎曲度均良好。随访最长 2 7个月 ,无螺钉退出、断钉、颈椎失稳及假关节现象。病人症状明显改善。④结论 PCB用于颈椎间盘突出症前路减压融合固定 ,能即刻恢复颈椎生物力学稳定性及颈椎间盘高度 ,方法简便 ,固定可靠 。 Objective To evaluate the effects of PCB for anterior decompression and fusion of cervical disc prolapse. Methods Six cases of the cervical disc prolapse underwent anterior decompression, and the PCB devices of the proper sizes were inserted into the decompressed intervertebral space. Two screws were placed safely without image monitoring. Cancellous bone chips were harvested from the iliac crest and inserted into the device. Results No complications were found in the patients. The post-operative X-ray showed normal PCB height, cervical disk height and prominence. No screw backout, device failure, late instability, or pseudarthrosis was identified during the follow-up. All the patients improved significantly. Conclusion PCB could provide immediate biomechanical stability in the anterior decompression and fusion of the cervical disc prolapse. The technique is simple and the effects are satisfactory.
