摘要
20世纪70年代联合国教科文组织就环境教育及人与自然和人与环境之间的关系问题提出了可持续性发展的新的发展观,可持续发展的教育理念,一是指教育主体的可持续发展;二是指教育环境的可持续发展,其中,教育环境的发展是前提和条件,教育主体的发展才是核心和归宿。
In the 1970s,UN Education and Culture Organization states the new notion of continuous development in terms of environmental eduation and the relationship between human and nature as well as between human and environment.Frist,the notion refers to the continuous development of education.Second,the notion refers to the continuous development of educational environment.The development of educational environment is the basement and condition,and the development of education is the real center and soul.
