摘要
烹饪高等教育应重视技能教学,本文在分析了技能因素构成的前提条件下,从完善课程体系、强化课堂技能教学、加强校外实习教学管理三个角度探讨了加强技能教学改革的方法。
Cooking higher education should pay more attention to the skill education. Based on the analyses of cooking skill compose , the essay has approached the method of cooking skill education reform from three different angles , improving and perfecting the course evaluation ,strengthening the classroom skill education and enhancing the management of outside practicing teaching.
