摘要
校本课程的开发要求教师能承担起多种不同的角色 ,然而 ,由于各种原因 ,在实践中教师在研究者、合作者和评价者角色上普遍存在着缺失的现象 ,对校本课程的开发带来许多不利的影响。本文对学校自主课程开发中教师角色缺失的现象及其原因进行了分析 。
School based curriculum development calls for teachers of various roles. However, due to various reasons, there commonly exist in practice the insufficiencies of roles of teachers being as researchers, collaborators and estimators, which have affected the school-based curriculum development. This paper analyzes the phenomena of the insufficiencies of the teacher's roles in the school based curriculum development and proposes some solutions to prevent them
