青海草地资源综合评价原则及方法的探讨

Principle and method of comprehensive estimation on rangeland resources in Qinghai

阐述了草地资源评价的研究现状,结合青海草地资源的特点、功能及利用,提出了综合评价的依据是草地基况、草地功能与使用价值,评价的原则是:综合性、相对性、持续利用、定性与定量相结合、基础性与目的性相结合和简单适用,同时介绍了评价指标与评价方法。

This paper reviewed the situation on estimated rangeland resources.The estimated principles and method were suggested according to characteristic,function and utilization of Qinghai rangeland resources.Bases of synthesis estimation were the rangeland situation,the rangeland function and utilized value,The estimated principles is synthesis,relativism,sustainable utilization,quality with quantity,base with aim,simplicity and suitable.It also introduced estimation target and estimation method.
