摘要
以苏木中总酚含量为考察指标,采用索氏和超声两种提取工艺,利用正交实验法考察加水量、提取时间和提取次数三个因素的影响,并对苏木提取工艺进行优选,为苏木的进一步开发利用提供参考。结果表明,索氏提取法提取次数对提取工艺有显著性影响,最佳提取工艺条件为加10倍量水,索氏提取2次,每次4.5h;超声提取法提取时间和提取次数对提取工艺均有显著性影响,最佳提取工艺为加10倍量水,超声提取3次,每次1.5h。因此,两种工艺均可应用于水作溶剂的苏木提取,且索氏提取法效果较好。
In order to find a more efficient process for the extraction of Caesalpinia Sappan Lignum(CSL), the paper investigated two processes with soxhlet and ultrasonic extraction. By taking the total amount of hydroxybenzene in CSL as evaluation parameter, the orthogonal experiments were designed and carried out, in which water volume, extraction operation number and extraction time were selected as affecting factors. The results show that for soxhlet process, the extraction operation number has most significant effect, and optimum condition achieves when the ratio of water to CSL is 10∶1, with twice extractions and 4.5 h for each extraction. For ultrasonic process, both extraction time and operation number are significant factors, and optimum condition corresponds to the ratio of 10∶1 of water to CSL, with three times extractions and 1.5 h for each extraction. It concludes that the soxhlet extraction process is more efficient.
