摘要
提出了一种建立于摩擦学和物理学原理上的橡胶轮胎与路面间摩擦系数与摆动角度的关系模型,可为摩擦测定设备提供理论基础,并用于预测摩擦系数的大小。该模型分析了不同滑动长度下摩擦系数和摆动角度的特点和必须满足的条件。实际摩擦试验表明该模型预测不同滑动下摩擦损耗功的变化与实际较为符合。该模型为进一步研究轮胎摩擦理论及摩擦系数测定技术提供了依据。
A model was developed for determining the relation between friction coefficient among rubber trey with road surface and switch angle,according to the theery of tribology and physics.The necessary condition applied in the model was obtained and characteristics of friction coefficient and switch angle under varied gliding length were analyzed.The calculated and experimental results showed that the theory model is acute enough to provide quality evidence to develop relative friction coefficient measurement device and theory of friction further.
