子午流注纳甲法的改良和临床应用研究

Improvement and clinical application of Ziwuliuzhu Najia method

目的 :寻找较为简单的子午流注纳甲法推算方法 ,并应用于临床。方法 :改良主要包括子午流注纳甲法的代数开穴规律表、干支与其代数的互换 ,快速推算日干支代数万能公式 ,快速推算时干支代数公式、代数开穴法的具体运用。同时运用改良法治疗痿证 30例 ,并随机设立传统法 30例进行对照。结果 :改良后的推算开穴法完全运用代数推算 ,临床应用更加简便 ,规律性更强 ,临床疗效更好。结论 :改良法较传统法更具优势 ,是传统法的发展。

Objective To search for a more simple calculating method for Ziwuliuzhu Najia method and apply it in clinic practice. Methods The improvement includes Algebraic Point-Opening Law Table of Ziwuliuzhu Najia method, exchange of the Heavenly Stems and the Earthly Branches and their code numbers, the rapidly calculating algebraic universal formula of the day-stem, the rapidly calculating algebraic formula of the hour-stem and concrete application of algebraic point-open method. At the same time, 30 cases of flaccidity syndrome were treated by the improved calculative method and 30 cases treated with traditional needling method were used as controls. Results The improved calculative method of point-open was more simple in clinical application, with stronger regularity and better clinical therapeutic effect. Conclusion The improved method is of more advantages than the traditional method, being a development of traditional method.
