本文报告5例五官肿瘤动脉术前给予栓塞:术后无严重并发症。作者认为,该技术不仅能减少术中出血,缩短手术时间,而且可作为晚期肿瘤的治疗.

Before operation,artery emboliza-tion was performed in 5 patients whosuffered from tumors in ear,nose andthroat.No serious complications aro-se.The authors suggest that this tech-nique is not only able to reduce blee-ding and shorten the operative thme,but also able to be a measure to treatadvanced cancer.
