药物诱导海绵体造影对阴茎静脉机能不全性阳萎的评价

Evaluation of Vasculogenic Impotence with Pharmaco-cavernosography

罂粟硷诱导阴茎勃起是筛选静脉漏的有效方法,本组25例准确率高达92%,与文献报道相符。在此基础上行海绵体造影,进一步明确了静脉漏的部位及途径.根据X 线表现,我们将其分为五型,目的在于提高手术疗效。本组病例中,以混合型居多,17例(65%),其中又以Ⅰ+Ⅱ型为最常见,14例(58%);而单发型者相对少见。我们认为对混合型,不仅要结扎背深静脉,还要有的放矢地结扎其它途径异常静脉。本组12例手术,除1例效果改善不明显外,其它11例均取得较为满意的临床效果。

Papaverine-induced erection is aeffective method for screening venousleakage,the accuracy rate in 25 casesof this group is as high as 92%,cor-responding with that reported in theliterature.On the basis of this,caver-nosography demonstrated the locationand route of venous leakage.For thepurpose of improving surgical effect,we classified the X-ray findings intofive types.Most cases(17 cases,65%) were mixed type,of them 14 cases(58%)were Ⅰ+Ⅱtype,other types were rela-tively uncommon.In mixed type,notonly deep dorsal vein of penis but alsoother abnormal veins should be liga-ted.Among 12 operated cases,11 ac-quired a rather satisfactory clinicalresult.
