俞原配穴法治疗男性免疫性不育症的临床随机研究

Clinical randomized study on Shu-source point combination for treatment of male immune infertility

目的 :观察俞原配穴法对男性免疫性不育症的治疗效果及其对抗精子抗体 (AsAb)的作用。方法 :将 10 0例男性不育症抗精子抗体阳性的患者 ,随机分为 5 0例俞原配穴针刺组和 5 0例口服强的松西药组 ,经治疗 2个疗程后 ,观察临床疗效和对抗精子抗体的影响。结果 :针刺组的总有效率、精子密度、前向运动率、血清或 /和AsAb的阳性水平 ,均优于西药对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :俞原配穴针刺法治疗男性免疫性不育症的疗效肯定 ,能良性调节AsAb。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shu-source point combination on male immune infertility and its action on anti-sperm-antibody (AsAb). Methods One hundred cases of male immune infertility with positive AsAb were randomly divided into acupuncture group treated with acupuncture of Shu-source point combination (n=50) and medication group treated with oral administration of prednisone (n=50). After treatment of 2 courses the clinical therapeutic effect and effect on AsAb were investigated. Results The total effective rate, spermatic density, the anterior motor rate, serum or/and positive AsAb level in the acupuncture group all were significantly superior to those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture of Shu-source point combination has a definite therapeutic effect on male immune infertility and can benignly regulate AsAb.
