鼻和鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤少见,本文报告5例,均经手术病理证实。着重分析了这种肿瘤的CT 表现特点,结合文献讨论了本病的临床重要性、CT 诊断价值和鉴别诊断问题.

Inverted papilloma of nose andparanasal sinuses is uncommon.In thisarticle,5 cases are reported all con-firmed by operation and pathology.We put emphasis on the analysis ofCT features.The clinical importance,diagnostic value of CT and differentialdiagnosis of thedisease are discussedwith a review of the literature.
