男性不育症177例睾丸软X线检查的初步分析

A Preliminary Analysis of Soft X-ray Testography in 177 Cases of Male Infertility

本文报告经临床、检验证实的177例男性不育症的睾丸软X 线检查的结果.文中详细地介绍了投照技术和经仿真人体模型实验一次投照睾丸局部吸收的X 线量在安全范围内,并介绍软X线的睾丸正常表现。本组资料证明男性不育症软X 线检查睾丸46.9%有异常X 线改变;其中精索静脉曲所占29%,小睾丸占15.3%,睾丸限局性结节或切迹征占9.0%,附睾区钙化占7.3%,睾丸内细砂粒状钙化占1.1%。

This article reported the results ofsoft X-ray testography in 177 cases ofmale infertility.The radiological te-chniques and normal testography werepresented.Experimental study withphantom showed that the radiationdosage for this examination was atsafety range.Eighty～three patients(46.9%)had abnormal radiologicalfindings.Of these,52(29%)were va-ricocele,27(15.3%)small testis,16(9%)local nodules with indentationof testis,13(7.3%)epididymal calcifi-cation,and 2(1.1%)testiculartingsandy calcifications.
