Recently,the balance question between accuser & accused has attracted more and more attention.The essence of this problem isto improve the status of the accused and to guarantee his rights,the defensive rights in particularly.Some legal or authoritarive documents in the intemational society have provided us with the standard of the rights guarantee.We can use it for reference and find out the gap between China & the international legal documents and on the current conditions,guarantee the rights of the accused more.
