摘要
通过对近年来社会市场上人力资源行业中人事档案管理新的发展动向和情况的了解 ,结合自身在高校中从事档案管理工作的实践 ,笔者发现当前在高校人事档案管理工作中存在的几个问题 。
Personal file is very improvment literal document in close relationship with teaching faculty.The author discovered that some problems have existed in university mangement of personsl file and put some solutions on it according to development and situations in huaman resources in recent as well as our practice in universities.
