摘要
比赛法是体育教学中的一种特殊教学方法,因其竞争性和最大限度地表现肌体机能能力的特点被广泛采用。对比赛法的特点及运用进行分析和探讨,将有利于提高体育教学的实效性。
Competition method is a special teaching method in P.E. teaching. It has been widely used because of its characteristics of competition as well as its ability of reflecting the body's maximum enginery.It's good to improve the practical efficiency in P.E. teaching that we try our best to analyze and discuss the characteristics of competition method and its application.
