人精浆蛋白在前列腺癌中的免疫组化研究

An Immunohistochemical Study of Human γ-Seminoprotein (γ-SM) in Prostatic Carcinomas

对2例前列腺结节状增生,21例前列腺癌石蜡切片,用我院中心实验室研制的兔抗人γ-SM血清进行双PAP染色,以观察γ-SM的存在与分布。结果结节状增生皆阳性,前列腺癌的阳性率为85.7%(18/21例)。

The presence and distribution of γ-SM in paraffin sections of 2 cases of hyperplasia and 21 cases of carcinomas of the prostate were studied by means of double-PAP method with serum of anti γ-SM. The result showed that positive immunostaining for γ-SM was observed in all hyperplasia and 85.7% of carcinomas of the prostate.
