我国三省区麝香真伪扫描电镜观察和麝香形成及质量鉴别研究

扫描电镜观察麝香的基本结构,为麝香腺腺泡细胞分泌物与麝香囊皮脂腺分泌的皮脂,融合在一起呈堆叠团块状(云团状)。安徽、陕西、广西省区,由原麝、林麝所分泌的麝香,电镜结构基本相似。伪品中熟麝肝的结构与麝香有相似之处,麝血与麝香结构差异明显。扫描电镜能准确可靠地鉴别麝香与伪品的亚微结构,比测麝香酮法简易可信。

The fundamental structures of musk viewed by means of SEM are piled (or square)masses of mixtures containing both the secretion of the musk glandular acinar cells and the sebum secreted by the sebaceous glands of musk sac.The structures of samples of musk yielded in Anhui,Shaanxi and Guangxi provinces are the same fundamentally.The structures of cooked liver of musk deer are similar to those of musk,but the differences in structures of blood of musk deer and musk are obvious.
