摘要 在基于网络的培训课程设计过程中,绩效分析的任务是确定产生绩效差距的原因及基于网络的培训的必要性;教学设计采用自顶向下的方法设计课程结构,并按照由框架到细节的思路制定教学策略;网页设计的重点是链接结构设计和页面设计。 There are three phases in the design of web-based training courseware. The first is performance analysis which stresses finding out the reasons resulted to performance gaps and the necessity to develop WBT. The second is Instructional design which attends content organization the and instructional strategies make. The third is web page design which focuses on link structure and page elements.
