通过对2002-2003年我国商贸理论进行综述,分别概述了流通基础产业论、国有零售业产权制度和劳动制度改革、“零售之轮”新论、流通现代化、百货业管理的创新、批发市场交易升级和管理创新、商业发展战略、物流业的创新、零售商供应链再造、商业立法和规划、商务部的组建、贸易经济学科建设、商业企业并购、电子商务对流通渠道的影响、商业主权论、行业协会体系的重构和完善、流通业与城市发展、消费经济学的新进展、发展民营商业、商学论著等19个方面的理论。

This article summarizes the commerce and trade theories of 2002-2003.
