Supercritical fluid extraction is a late model technology of extraction.Kaempferia galamga was taken as experimental material for extraction.This paper studied the influence of extraction condition on the extraction rate under supercriticality, and defines the optimal parameter of technology. The study provides scientific basis for industrial production.
