营养元素锌是人体必需的微量元素之一,对人体的生长发育起着重要的作用。该文探讨了大米中强化锌的可行性和必要性,论述了锌强化剂的选择、强化的标准、锌强化大米的生产工艺等技术问题。
Zn is one of the necessary microelements for human body,which is important and helpful for well developed human body.The possibilities and necessities of fortifying rice with Zn were discussed,such technical problems as fortifyer choosing standard of fortification and production technology of Zn fortified rice etc.were also studied.
