Analysis on 302 Cases of Bad Response Caused by Injection of the Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的 :分析中药注射剂不良反应的发生情况 ,为临床用药提供参考。方法 :对湖南省各医疗单位呈报的 2 0 0 2年度的 30 2例中药注射剂不良反应报表进行了分析。结果 :中药注射剂引起的不良反应呈现出多样性 ,常累及多器官多系统 ,其中以发热最常见。其次为皮肤及其附件的反应 ,较严重的不良反应有过敏性休克、喉头水肿、呼吸困难等。主要原因是由变态反应所致。结论 :中药注射剂可引起许多不良反应 。

Objective: To analysis the bad response caused by injection of the traditional Chinese medicine, providing reference to clinical medication. Methods: Analysis the 302 cases of bad response caused by injection of the traditional Chinese medicine in hospital of Hunan province in 2002. Results: Those bad responses showed diversity, which mainly affecting multiple organ and system usually with febrile, then the response of skin and its appendix. The bad response such as allergic shock, laryngeal edema and dyspnoea were severe, which mainly caused by allergy. Conclusion: Injection of the traditional Chinese medicine can cause many bad responses. We should think highly of it and have more cognition.
