Study on the Quantity Standard of Shengbai Capsule

目的 :建立检验升白胶曩质量标准的定性与定量的方法。方法 :用薄层层析法对升白胶曩中的有效成分黄芪进行定性分析 ,采用反相高效液相色谱法建立了外标法测定黄芩的定量分析法。色谱柱Kromasil-C1 8(4 .6mm× 1 5 0mm ,5 μm) ,流动相为甲醇—磷酸—水 (4 0 :6 0 :0 .2 ) ,检测波长为 2 80nm。结果 :黄芩苷含量平均回收率 97% ,RSD =0 .6 5 % (N =5 )。结论 :本质量标准灵敏 ;简便 ;重现性好 ;

Objective: To establish the qualitative and quantitative methods of detecting the quantity standard of Shengbai Capsule. Methods: The Astragalus in Shengbai Capsule was qualitative analysis with chromatogram. Radix scutellariae were detected by the quantitative method of reversed-phase HPLC. The chromatography glass column was Kromasil-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm). The movement phase was methanol - phosphoric acid- water (40:56:0.2). The detect wave-length was 280nm. Results: The average recover rate of Baicalin was 97%,RSD=0.65% (N=5). Conclusion: The quantity standard is sensitive, convenient, good for repeat and operative for the quantity control of the preparation.
