The double characteristies of vocational education have confirmed its rmportant role in whole nationol education. The emphasis on training students' integrate vocation ability is the goal of higher vocational education and the demands of informational society and market economics ,also the demand of employment competition . The college leaders should be aware of transforming their old ideas , constitute good policy , and make professional construction, They should establish excellent double technique staffs in order to improve the ability , widen the employment rangs and make them more competitive .
